YG, when I saw the title of this new blog post from my blog, I did a double take. I thought you have thrown all cautions to the wind. What I mean is that, at our age, we shouldn't be doing the hula hoop without proper training. It is easy to get a sprain or something worse, a slipped disc. You should have included this caution in your post. Haha.
victor, i have seen how some people do the hula hoop - the whole body seems to wobble, including the top part. that's why i decided to post this clip, so that those who are keen to pick it up can learn to do it the right way.
aiyoh at first i thot u put up the other version of hula hoop. that one not advisable for females with er "massive...."
Just the other day I saw Hosan Leong on TV doing that weight lifting exercise for the thing in between the legs. I thot he was joking until I saw how he did it with proper instructions. Did u see the documentary?
With 'hula hooping', the whole body, including the top part, wobbled , you said. With 'hula skipping', skipping with a hula hoop, the whole world bounces up and down.
