Cannot be 'arty' film lah. Students like cannot watch leh, issit afraid they don't understand (and thus waste their money) or scare they understand wrongly (and thus cause misunderstanding)?
victor, this had also housed the headquarters of the police operations command, radio division, criminal investigation dept, public affairs, and police national service headquarters. for a while the ministry of interior and defence was also located here.
